What the work involves.
Most of an interior job happens before any color goes on. We sand and fill the dents that have collected over the years, repair minor drywall damage, and mask every edge that matters. That work is invisible when we leave, and it is the reason the finish still looks right in five years.
We use two coats as standard, not as an upsell. A single coat over an old color will flash and patch as the light moves through the room, and no amount of good paint fixes that.
Trim gets cut in by hand rather than taped. It takes longer and it is the difference a homeowner notices every day: a clean line where the wall meets the casing, with no bleed and no ridge of dried tape.
We work on every wall surface you are likely to have: plaster, stucco, and drywall in any finish including perfectly smooth level 5, which shows every flaw and leaves nowhere to hide.

We look at the job and put honest pricing in writing. For anything involving color, you approve a physical sample before we start. Then we prep, protect and finish, and walk it with you before we leave.

You do not have to move out, and you should not have to plan your week around us. We work room by room, seal off the one we are in, and leave the rest of the house yours.
