What the work involves.
Behind our residential work is a finishing shop. It exists because builders kept asking whether we could do at volume what we do in one house, and matching to sample at volume is a different discipline from matching once.
For GCs and manufacturers we finish cabinets, windows, trim, jambs and doors to a supplied sample, on a schedule you can build around. Consistency across a run matters more than anything else on this kind of work, and it is what the shop is set up to control.
On the commercial side we handle offices, retail spaces, industrial facilities and rental turnover, working around your hours where the space has to stay open. Two coats minimum, on stucco, metal, concrete or brick.

We look at the job and put honest pricing in writing. For anything involving color, you approve a physical sample before we start. Then we prep, protect and finish, and walk it with you before we leave.
We work around your hours, not ours.
An office or a storefront cannot close for a coat of paint. Most of our commercial work happens when your people and your customers are not there.
